EU vs US Accounts: Why Some Delivery Apps and POS Integrations Are Missing

Why some delivery apps and POS integrations only appear in the EU or US region, how to check which region your account is in, and how to fix it.

Written by Gildas Burnel

What you'll see

A delivery app or POS you expected to connect is not in your Stream dashboard. For example, you cannot find Deliveroo or Just Eat Takeaway (JET), or a POS that a partner offers under its own brand, such as StoreKit. The delivery apps and POS options that Stream shows depend on the region of your Stream account.

What it means

Is a Europe account the same as a North America account?

No. Each Stream account is in one region. The Europe and US versions of Stream are separate platforms, and accounts cannot be moved between them. Each region offers its own list of delivery apps and POS. If you sign up in the other region by mistake, the delivery apps that only exist in your own region will not appear.

Which delivery apps does each region offer?

These are the main delivery apps offered on Stream's own site in each region, as listed on 31 October 2026:

  • Europe: Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway (JET), Lieferando, Wolt, Foodora, Uber Eats and Flipdish.

  • North America (US): DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Skip the Dishes, ChowNow, Flipdish and Slice.

Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway (JET), Lieferando, Wolt and Foodora are in the Europe list and not in the North America list. Some delivery apps are in both regions. For example, Hungry Panda is live in the UK/EU and in the US/Canada. The POS lists also differ between the two regions.

Good to know: some integrations start in a limited pilot. A pilot integration is shown only to accounts that Stream has enabled for it. Retail accounts also see a different set of delivery apps than restaurant accounts. The lists change when a new integration goes live in a region.

How to fix it

1. Check which region your account is in

  1. Go to the Stream sign-in page. The page shows your region as a label. Europe accounts sign in at eu.streamorders.com.

  2. If the sign-in page says your email address has no account in this region, your account can be in the other region. Select Switch region and choose the other region. See Choosing Your Region When You Sign In or Sign Up.

  3. Once you are signed in, open the screen where you connect a delivery app and compare the delivery apps you can choose with the lists above.

2. If your account is in the wrong region

You cannot move the account. You need to create a new account in the correct region and set it up again.

  1. Create the new account. Choose the correct region when you sign up.

  2. Set it up. Connect your POS, subscribe, check your menu and connect your delivery apps.

  3. Delete the account in the wrong region. Remove its POS integration and its delivery app integrations first, then cancel the subscription. See How to Cancel your Stream Subscription.

3. If your account is in the correct region and an app is still missing

Only Stream can fix these cases. Contact Stream Support (see below).

  • The integration is in a pilot. Stream can enable it for your account.

  • You use a partner's branded site and an app is missing from its list. Stream can add a delivery app to the list of a branded site, but the change applies to every merchant on that site. We can add only a delivery app that is live in that region if this one is approved by the partner. Tell us the site address and the name of the app and we can ask.

  • You operate in a region other than North America or Europe. Contact Stream Support.

Still seeing the issue? Contact Stream Support at [email protected] with the email address you sign in with, the address you sign in at (for example eu.streamorders.com), your Stream location name, your POS, the name of the delivery app or POS that is missing, and a screenshot of the screen where you connect delivery apps. If you use a partner's branded site, include the name of the partner.
