How to Connect Hungry Panda
Availability: Hungry Panda is live on Stream in the UK/EU and US/Canada. It is not yet available for Australian locations.
1. Click the + to the Right of the Logos
2. Click on Hungry Panda
3. Click on Connect DSP
4. Log into your Hungry Panda account
Important: you must log in with the individual store's Hungry Panda credentials (account number + password for that specific location) — not a master/head-office account. Connecting with a master account is a common cause of the connection failing. If you only have master-account access, ask your Hungry Panda account manager for the store-level login before continuing.
5. Allow any permissions and click Continue
6. Select the Hungry Panda location you want to connect
7. Click Continue — you have successfully connected Hungry Panda
8. Click the Publish dropdown and Publish "Hungry Panda" to push your menu
Troubleshooting
The page redirects back to the Hungry Panda homepage instead of completing authorization?
This is the most common issue merchants hit. It's resolved by starting the connection completely fresh rather than retrying immediately:
Log out of Hungry Panda entirely.
Close all browser windows/tabs (not just the Hungry Panda tab).
Reopen your browser and reconnect the DSP from Stream from scratch (Steps 1–3 above).
Connection seems fine but orders or menu don't work
Double-check you connected with the store's own Hungry Panda login, not a shared master account (see Step 4). Ask Hungry Panda's team to confirm which login is tied to that specific location.
Menu publishes but shows old or incorrect items
Contact Stream support with your location details — this has previously been a menu-sync issue on Hungry Panda's side that our team can escalate directly with their tech contacts.
