1. From the Menu page, click the + icon and select Foodora
This opens the same delivery-platform connection flow used for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Stream's other DSP integrations.
2. For each location, choose the country and enter the Vendor Code
Each Stream location has its own row. For every location you want to connect:
Country — pick the country the Foodora store operates in from the searchable list.
Vendor Code — enter that store's Foodora / Delivery Hero vendor code. Click the help icon next to the field if you're not sure where to find it. You can also find it in your Foodora / Delivery Hero partner portal, or ask your Foodora account manager.
You don't need a Chain Code — Stream looks it up for you based on the country you select.
Connecting multiple locations at once
If you're connecting several locations, use Apply to all to fill a shared value across every location row, then enter each location's own Vendor Code.
3. Click Connect
Stream connects each location using the country and Vendor Code you entered. If a row you've started is missing a detail, it's highlighted with an error and Connect stays unavailable until that row is complete.
4. Publish your menu to Foodora
Once connected, go to your Menu, click the Publish dropdown, and select Foodora to send your menu live.
Good to know
Foodora orders are auto-accepted once they reach Stream, the same way DoorDash orders are — there's no manual accept step.
As you mark an order Prepared or Picked Up in your workflow, Stream automatically relays that status back to Foodora, so the customer sees accurate order tracking without you doing anything extra on the Foodora side.
