How to Pause your Delivery/Online Ordering Channels

This Article will show you how to Pause your connected delivery and online ordering channels

1. From the Menu click "Pause Menu"

2. Click Pause All DSP's or select the individual DSP you wish to Pause

3. Specify how long you want to pause

4. Click Pause

5. Your Channel should now show up as paused

Good to know: Foodora / Delivery Hero

Foodora and Delivery Hero locations can now be paused and resumed the same way as your other delivery channels — just follow the steps above and select the Foodora / Delivery Hero channel.
