Follow the steps below to connect your Wolt venues to Stream via SSIO (Self-Serve Integration Onboarding). You'll log in to Wolt directly and authorise the integration from within Stream.
📅 Important: We recommend completing SSIO between Monday and Thursday only. After SSIO, two settings adjustments must be made manually — completing this during the week ensures support is available to help if needed, and avoids any disruption over the weekend.
Step 1 — Open the Add Channel Menu
From the Menu page in Stream, click the + icon to the right of the logos to add a new channel.
Step 2 — Select Wolt
From the list of available channels, click Wolt.
Step 3 — Click Connect DSP
Click the Connect DSP button to begin the SSIO authorisation flow.
Step 4 — Log In to Wolt
A Wolt login screen will appear. Enter your Wolt Merchant credentials to continue.
💡 Note: Use the same login you use to access the Wolt Merchant Portal. If you're unsure of your credentials, contact Wolt support.
Step 5 — Select Your Venue and Authorise
Select the venue you wish to connect from the list, then click Authorise to grant Stream access to your Wolt account.
If you have multiple venues, you will need to repeat this process for each one.
Step 6 — Integration Complete
Once authorisation is complete, you'll be returned to the Stream dashboard. Your Wolt integration is now set up!
⏰ Please note: Wolt integrations may take between 5 minutes and 6 hours to go live. If your venue is not yet receiving orders after 6 hours, please contact [email protected].
⚙️ After SSIO — Required Manual Settings
Once SSIO is complete, two settings must be adjusted manually. These are not applied automatically and need to be configured before your venue goes live on Wolt.
Enable Menu POST API — This allows Stream to push your menu to Wolt.
Disable the order-acceptance screen — This ensures incoming Wolt orders are sent directly to your POS, rather than requiring manual acceptance on the Wolt tablet.
If you need assistance with either of these settings, please contact Wolt support.
