Follow the steps below to connect your Wolt venues to Stream via WIO file submission.
Step 1 — Open the Add Channel Menu
From the Menu page in Stream, click the + icon to add a new channel.
Step 2 — Select Wolt
From the list of available channels, click Wolt.
Step 3 — Download the WIO File
Click Download WIO file. This will download a pre-formatted bulk file to your computer.
Step 4 — Open the Downloaded File
Locate and open the wolt-bulk-file that was just downloaded. You'll need to fill in your Wolt Venue IDs in the next step.
Step 5 — Enter Your Wolt Venue IDs
Each venue needs its own unique Venue ID. Here's how to find yours:
Log in to the Wolt Merchant Portal.
Select your restaurant or venue.
Look at the URL in your browser's address bar.
Your Venue ID is the long alphanumeric string at the end of the URL.
Example URL format:
.../venues/VENUE_ID_STRING
💡 Can't find your Venue ID? You can also locate it on your Wolt invoices or payout reports, in the Settings or Venue Info section of the Wolt Merchant tablet app, or by contacting Wolt support chat.
Step 6 — Email the Completed File to Stream
Once you've filled in all your Venue IDs, email the completed wolt-bulk-file to:

⏰ WIO files are processed by Wolt on Mondays and Wednesdays only, between 9am and 3pm. Please ensure your file is submitted before this window to avoid delays.
