1. From the Menu page click on the + icon
2. Select Lieferando
3. Click on Connect DSP
4. Locate your Lieferando ID by logging into your Partner Hub
Navigate to the location you want to connect, click on your Profile and you can find the ID there
5. Enter your ID for the location(s) & click "Connect DSP"
6. Lieferando Submission Complete
NOTE: After clicking Continue, your ID will be submitted to Lieferando. They will then set up the integration on their side - this typically takes around 7 working days.
7. Publish your menu approximately 7 working days after submission
Once Lieferando have completed the setup on their side, you must publish your menu from Stream to finalise the integration. This publish initiates the bind between Stream and Lieferando for your location.
How to publish: Navigate to your menu in Stream, click the Publish dropdown, and select Lieferando.
NOTE: Publishing before Lieferando have completed their setup will result in an error. If you are unsure whether Lieferando have finished the configuration on their side, please contact Stream support before publishing.
