Login to Your Stream Account for Direct Subscriptions
To get started, log in to your Stream account using your registered email and password. Once signed in, you’ll be able to access your dashboard, manage your subscription.
If your subscription was acquired through Clover or another platform, the cancellation process will differ. Ensure you follow the specific steps for your subscription type outlined below.
2. Click on your Profile
Your profile is located top right next to your notifications.
NOTE - To cancel a subscription through Clover, open your Clover dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions section, locate the Stream app, and select the uninstall option. This will stop further billing.
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Company Settings
5. Click on Cancel
Cancel can be found next to the Stripe payment method.
6. Click on Continue Cancellation
WARNING - Once you click Continue Cancellation , your subscription will be terminated and you’ll lose access to all premium Stream features, including automatic POS sync, integrations, and order management tools. This action cannot be undone.
