Clover Printer Guide: Printing Your Orders

We Do Not Manage Clover Printing

If you want your Clover device (or printers) to print all order types—like dine-in, take-out, delivery, curbside, etc.—you’ll need to set up order-type-to-printer mapping in Clover’s settings.


Use Clover’s Native Print Setup

With Clover’s native printing you can still manage which devices print:

  1. Go to Clover Dashboard (web or on-device).

  2. Navigate to Setup → Order Receipts (or Setup → Receipts → Order Types).

  3. Select default printer(s) for each order type—though this is a manual, per-type setting.

  4. Ensure each order type (under Setup → Order Types) is enabled and named correctly
