Before you start: Menu item edits (names, prices, descriptions) must still be made in your POS. This guide covers only which menus go to which channel.
Open the menu you want to manage. From the Menus page in Stream, open the menu, such as Main Menu.
Open the menu options. Select the menu action icons near the menu title to open the options panel.
Choose Delivery Channels. This opens the Channel Assignment page. The breadcrumb reads Menu > [Menu name] > Channel Assignment.
Review the default behavior. Stream shows this note at the top of the page: if no menus are assigned to a channel, all menus appear on it by default. Once you assign a menu to a channel, only the menus you explicitly connect will appear there. Plan your assignments with this in mind.
Find the ezCater column. Each menu is listed on the left with a toggle for each channel. The ezCater column header shows how many menus are connected (for example, “1 connected”).
Set each menu’s channel. Use the toggles to choose which menus appear on ezCater. For example, turn on the toggle for Catering and leave Main Menu off for ezCater.
Set the experience for the channel. Select the “1 connected” link under ezCater to open the Select experiences panel. Choose one of:
Catering only: the channel shows only the catering menu.
Relish only: the channel shows only the menu assigned to Relish. (Confirm: the exact trigger and which channel this applies to.)
Both: the channel shows both menus.
Save your changes. Select Save in the top-right corner of the Channel Assignment page. To undo unsaved changes, select Discard.
Check the result. Confirm that ezCater shows only the menu you intended. Then confirm that the Relish menu has the items and menus you expect.
