When you publish your menu to ezCater, the publish status window shows ezCater's validation results for your menu. If a publish only partly succeeds, the window shows the specific reasons.
How to check your publish results
1. Publish your menu to ezCater. Connecting ezCater never publishes your menu on its own.
2. Open the publish status window for ezCater.
3. Review the validation results. If everything was accepted, no action is needed.
4. If the publish only partly succeeded, read the reasons listed in the window. They tell you what ezCater did not accept.
Good to know
Before you publish, Stream flags items that can't be offered on a channel, for example because of a serving-size restriction. See Assigning Items to ezCater Marketplace and Relish.
Technical details for a partial publish show the reason codes.
Troubleshooting
My publish only partly succeeded.
Open the publish status window and read the reasons listed for the items ezCater did not accept. Fix each item as described, then publish to ezCater again.
An item is flagged before I publish.
The item can't be offered on the channel it is assigned to, for example because of a serving-size restriction. Change the item or its channel assignment, then publish again.
I don't know what a reason means.
Contact Stream support at [email protected] with your location and the reason shown in the publish status window.
