1. Click your Profile, then Settings
In the top corner of your Stream dashboard, click your profile icon, then select Settings.
2. Go to the Account tab
This is where your personal account details live, separate from Company Settings.
3. Click "Send reset link"
In the Password section, click Send reset link. Stream emails a password reset link to the address on your account, you don't need to type your email again.
4. Check your inbox
Look for an email from Stream with your reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
5. Follow the link to set a new password
Click the link in the email and enter your new password to complete the reset.
Good to know
You can only request one reset link every 30 seconds. If you don't receive the email after checking spam, contact Stream support at [email protected].
