Using the Price Adjuster

Add a markup on top of your POS price for your connected delivery platforms — set a Global or Individual adjustment, choose rounding, and control whether it applies to items only or items and modifiers.

Written by Gildas Burnel

1. Open the Price Adjuster

From your menu, click Adjust price to open the Price Adjuster.

2. Choose Pricing Mode or Price Adjustment

At the top of the panel, switch between two tabs:

  • Pricing Mode — match your pickup price to your POS price, per delivery platform. See How to Set Pickup Pricing to Match POS Pricing.

  • Price Adjustment — add a markup on top of your POS price, per delivery platform. This is what the rest of this article covers.

3. Choose an Adjustment Type

  • Global — one markup rule applies across all of your connected delivery platforms at once.

  • Individual — set a different markup for each delivery platform, instead of one rule for everyone.

4. Set your rounding and markup amount

  • Roundings — choose how your new prices should round: no rounding, or round to end in .49 or .99.

  • Choose (a fixed amount) or % (a percentage), then enter the amount to increase by.

5. Choose what the adjustment applies to

  • Items only — the markup applies to item prices.

  • Items & modifiers — the markup also applies to modifier prices.

6. Review your active price adjustments

The Active price adjustments list shows the markup currently applied to each connected delivery platform — what it applies to, the rounding rule, and the amount. Click the X next to a platform to remove its adjustment.

7. Reset or save

  • Reset to POS price — clears your price adjustments so prices go back to matching your POS price.

  • Save — applies your changes.
