(FAQ) Publishing Item Allergens to Uber Eats

How allergen information set in Stream now publishes to Uber Eats, using the correct regional allergen list.

Written by Gildas Burnel

Allergens you set on items and modifiers in Stream now publish automatically to Uber Eats, so guests can see allergen information in the Uber Eats app.

How it works

  • No extra setup is required — if allergens are already set on your items and modifiers in Stream, they'll be included the next time your menu publishes to Uber Eats.

  • Stream automatically uses the correct regional allergen list (US or EU) based on each location's region, so the allergen options shown match what Uber Eats expects for that market.

If allergens aren't appearing correctly on Uber Eats after publishing, contact Stream support.
