1. Go to Menu Manager
2. Select your menu
3. Scroll to the Bottom, find Channel Visibility - Online Ordering Partners
4. Verify Stream has a Check Mark
5. (If Necessary) Repeat with Menu Groups and Items if Stream does not Show Them
NOTE: Items will not show the partner names
6. Save any menu you add Stream
7. Publish all changes
8. Return to your account and refresh to see the Menu
