How To Connect Lightspeed X-Series POS

This article will walk you through how to connect your Lightspeed X-Series POS to publish your products to 3rd parties and receive orders directly to Lightspeed

Note: This integration is only available for Lightspeed Retail X-Series. Lightspeed K-Series, R-Series and Upserve are not supported. Before connecting, please make sure you have tagged your items with "integration" (see here), added your 3rd party payment types (see here) and set up your taxes in Lightspeed.

1. Click Connect POS

2. Select Lightspeed

3. Click Connect POS

4. Sign into your Lightspeed Account

NOTE: Have your Lightspeed domain prefix ready. This is the first part of your Lightspeed store address, e.g. if you log in at yourstore.retail.lightspeed.app your domain prefix is "yourstore"

5. Approve the connection

NOTE: This will grant permission to read your products and send orders to your POS

6. Click on Resync

7. Click Yes and you will now see your items populate

NOTE: Only items tagged with "integration" will be imported. If no items appear, check your tags and click Resync again
