NCR/Aloha Minimum Credentials & Onboarding

NCR ONBOARDING:

​If you ask the merchant to have their NCR account rep provision stream all you need to do is send them the attached data share agreement which is much easier than gathering data for us to request.

After they provision stream NCR will provide you with an ORG ID which you will use to onboard the account on Stream

If you want us to request we will need the following info:

  • Client Name:

  • POS : Aloha or Aloha Cloud:

  • NCR Account Rep Name:

  • POS Hasp Key number (if Aloha) or Aloha Cloud Organization ID (available under "My Account"/Overview in Aloha Cloud Back Office):

  • Client IT contact (NCR sends them a Data Share agreement to sign):

  • What versions of Aloha are they on (shouldn't be an issue with Aloha Cloud):

    • POS (Min) 15.1+ ?

    • CFC (Min) 21.15+ ?

    • ATO (Min) 19.10.21+ ?

Location Configuration Options for Aloha

The location Configure page (reached from your Integrations/Connections list) now shows settings specific to Aloha and Aloha Cloud, instead of the generic one-size-fits-all screen used previously. Open the Configure page for your Aloha location to see the options available to you, and reach out to Stream support if anything looks unexpected.
