Creating Store Downtime Report

This article will help you see insights into when your locations were offline on each of your connected 3rd party channels

1. Click on Analytics

2. Click on New to add a Reporting Tab

3. Give the Tab a Name

4. Click on uptime to see store status related widgets

5. Click on Manage Dashboard to add widgets

6. Select up to 4 widgets

7. Choose from Charts and Tables

8. After making your selections click save

9. Click on 6 dots to rearrange the display of your widgets

10. You can now see all 4 widgets on your dashboard
