IMPORTANT: This does not apply to all POS integrations. If you don't see this available on your account it's because your POS does not support it
1. Select the gear icon next to the menu you wish to manage
2. Click on Manage locations
3. From here you can add or remove the menu from any location you wish
4. You can also apply it to all locations
5. Once you've finished your selections or deselections click save
