1. Click on Menus
2. Click on Menu builder
3. Click on Create menu
4. Name the Menu "Order Note"
5. Make sure you set up kitchen prep for this menu so follows the printer/kds rules you want
6. Save and Publish all changes
7. Now add a Menu Group inside the Order Note menu
8. Name it "Order Note"
9. Add an item to the group
10. Name the item "Order Note"
11. Save and Publish all changes
12. Now click the pencil to edit the Order Note item
13. Change the pricing strategy to "Open Price"
14. Make sure your prep stations are set for desired printing/kds
15. Save and Publish all changes
16. Navigate back to the "Order Note Menu"
17. Click on Channel visibility
18. Make sure Stream is toggled on
19. Save and Publish all changes
